After a knife assault at a city festival in Siegen, all victims have now recovered fully. The Public Prosecutor's Office Siegen and the Police Hagen made this announcement jointly. Three individuals, aged 19, 21, and 23, suffered severe injuries during a knife attack on a Friday evening.
Unprovoked, a 32-year-old woman from Germany attacked passengers in a shuttle bus heading to the city celebration, resulting in injuries to at least six people. The 32-year-old is recognized by the authorities. It's been reported by dpa that there are potential signs of a mental health issue. On Saturday, authorities issued a warrant for her arrest on suspicion of attempted murder. The ongoing criminal investigation is being led by a homicide team.
