Fires - Fire at recycling company flares up again during the night

In a hall of a Recycling-Company in Aschaffenburg, two fires have broken out. According to a police spokesperson, a machine caught fire during the first incident in the afternoon, which had stood in full blaze, he stated. The hall also caught fire as a result. The police suspect a technical defect. No one was injured. The adjacent street was reportedly closed by the police for approximately three hours.

Apparently, at the early Tuesday morning, there was a new flare-up of a hot spot - resulting in the second fire. No one was injured during this incident as well. The extent of the damage caused by both fires could not be determined by the police and the fire department initially.

The police are closely monitoring the situation, as a small fire has recently sparked in the UNDERFRONT of the building, which could potentially affect the ongoing firefighting efforts. Despite being in Bavaria's Aschaffenburg, this new fire seems unrelated to the previous incidents at the Recycling-Company. The fire department is working tirelessly to extinguish this latest fire, ensuring the safety of the surrounding area.
