Justice - Filmed having sex with inmate: Female guard charged in England
A Justice officer in England had sex with an inmate in his cell, a fellow inmate filmed it with a mobile phone - the video ended up on the internet: A 30-year-old woman is charged with serious misconduct in public office and appeared in court.
She behaved "intentionally and without reasonable excuse or justification in a way that resembled an abuse of public trust towards the office holder, by performing sexual acts in a prison cell with an inmate", according to the indictment.
The woman was released on bail. The next court date was set for July 29.
The clip from Wandsworth Prison in London also sheds light on the conditions in British prisons. Many prisons are criticized for poor living conditions. Overcrowding, vermin, brutality, and drugs are part of daily life.
