Family Attack Survivor Testifies in NRW Court

In Small Town Bad Münstereifel, a 34-year-old guy slashes his spouse and kids. Later, he torches their apartment. The casualties are critically hurt in the medical facility. Now, the perpetrator spills the beans on his motives, giving the police the green light.

Following the bloody ruckus at his household with his wife and kids in Small Town Bad Münstereifel, the offender disclosed to the cops about the heinous act. "This confirms our theory that the motive stemmed from personal issues," said a rep from the Bonn Police. The drama seems to have erupted in a domestic squabble.

The 34-year-old is under investigation for attempted murder. He's due to face a magistrate judge later in the day. The German fellow is said to have wound his 33-year-old wife and his two 10 and 13-year-old daughters with a sharp object in the middle of the night on Wednesday. He's also thought to have lit up the apartment on fire. The 15-year-old son managed to escape with smoke inhalation and burns.

According to the police rep, all the harmed family members are still hospitalized. The woman went through an emergency surgery and is in the worst shape. Her health condition is preventing temporary questioning. The fire spread to the entire multi-family home, where 14 individuals reside. Three residents were treated for smoke inhalation at the hospital as outpatients.

Fire investigators scoured the house for any hints, but the rep declined to discuss the findings. The police are also questioning other witnesses. The 34-year-old made a run for it after the act. Several hours later, police apprehended him at a pit stop on the Autobahn 61 in Alzey, Rheinland-Pfalz.
