Germany's Meteorological Service (DMD) Predicts Rain, Possibly Even Thunderstorms, and Heavy Downpours Across Germany. According to DMD's forecast, there's a chance of intense rain and isolated thunderstorms sweeping from west to east throughout Germany, particularly from Saturday night through to Sunday morning. There's a potential for heavy downpours.

Meteorologist Marcel Löwenstein from DMD stated, "The sun will be barely visible on Sunday, hiding mostly in the western and northwestern parts of the country." Expect showers, with some areas experiencing thunderstorms. In the southeastern part of Germany, heavy thunderstorms are predicted. By Sunday afternoon, the clouds should dissipate in the western and northwestern regions. Temperatures will fluctuate between 18 and 24 degrees Celsius, reaching up to 27 degrees in the Lausitz region.**

During the transition from Sunday to Monday night, DMD foresees further showers, even potential heavy thunderstorms initially. However, by Monday, temperatures will rise, starting from the Upper Rhine, and then expanding to numerous regions across the country, reaching summer temperatures. The sun will make frequent appearances.**

On Monday, the predicted temperatures will range between 20 and 26 degrees Celsius, and by Tuesday, they will climb to 23 to 29 degrees.**

On Saturday night until Sunday morning, intense rain and isolated thunderstorms, as predicted by DMD, may pose a threat across Germany. Meteorologist Marcel Löwenstein anticipates heavy thunderstorms in the southeastern part of the country during this period.
