People in North Rhine-Westphalia can look forward to the weekend with a mix of showers, but also some sun. According to the German Weather Service (DWD), on Saturday there will be many clouds, rain, and occasionally thunderstorms. The same is expected for Friday in the eastern and southeastern parts of the federal state. The temperatures are predicted to reach around 19 to 22 degrees on Saturday. The night to Sunday is expected to be rain-free according to DWD.

According to the weather service's predictions, Sunday starts off sunny. Throughout the day, stratocumulus clouds will appear, but it is expected to remain mostly dry. The temperatures are predicted to reach highs of 21 to 24 degrees. The night to Monday is expected to be dry.

Although rain showers are predicted for Saturday in North Rhine-Westphalia, Sunday's weather forecast by DWD indicates a sunnier start with only occasional stratocumulus clouds. Despite this, the temperatures are still expected to reach highs of 21 to 24 degrees on Sunday. Interestingly, unlike the rest of the weekend, the night to Monday is forecast to be dry without any rain.
