The girl tried to hide the pregnancy, always wearing more clothes. At some point, attentive teachers grew suspicious, informed the Youth Welfare Office. When the pregnancy was officially confirmed, the girl was in her 32nd week.

After the birth, "mother and child are doing well," the spokesperson of the prosecutor's office told the "Siegener Zeitung." However, neither mother nor child are: The infant was placed with a foster family by the Youth Welfare Office, and the girl is in a psychological treatment facility.
