18 people have been lightly injured, according to police statements, in a collision between a bus and an automobile. The 140-passenger articulated bus was coming from the Munich Tollwood Festival, as stated in a Sunday fire department announcement. According to initial findings, a 25-year-old driver switched lanes with his car, causing the collision with the bus, the police reported. Emergency services transported eight of the injured to hospitals. The circumstances of the accident are now being investigated by the Munich Traffic Police.

The collision occurred in Upper Bavaria, as mentioned in the police report. Despite the incident involving an automobile and a bus on a busy road, luckily, only 18 individuals sustained minor injuries. The police are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident, particularly focusing on the 25-year-old driver who allegedly switched lanes, leading to the collison. The affected bus was part of a bus line heading from the Munich Tollwood Festival.
