Fire - Driver seriously injured in truck fire
A truck driver was severely injured while trying to put out the fire of his burning truck. The 50-year-old sustained serious burn injuries to his upper body, according to the Munich Fire Department. However, he could not prevent the fire from spreading to the driver's cabin - it was reportedly completely destroyed.
It remained unclear why the truck caught fire in the early evening on a business premises in the Munich district of Langwied. The police are investigating, as reported by the Fire Department.
