Soccer-Second division team Hamburger SV remains undefeated in preparation for the new season thanks to Jean-Luc Dompé. The team coached by Steffen Baumgart defeated third-division relegated VfB Lübeck with a clear performance and three goals from the offensive player, winning their third test game with a score of 5:2 (0:2).

In the first half, HSV was behind due to a converted penalty kick from Lübeck's Herdi Bukusu (28. minute) and a goal from Morten Wahl (45.+1). The Norddeutsche were deservedly down 0:2 against the fourth-tier team. Guilherme Ramos (52.) and the new Czech signing Adam Karabec (63.) scored for Hamburg. Dompé secured the HSV victory with a hat-trick (67/84/88).

After the impressive victory, HSV looks forward to their next test game in Schleswig-Holstein. The team's impressive form continues, as they remain undefeated in their preparation for the new season. This success can be attributed to the stellar performance of Jean-Luc Dompé, who scored a hat-trick during their game against VfB Lübeck. Despite falling behind early in the first half, Hamburger SV managed to turn the tide, thanks in part to the contributions of Steffen Baumgart, the coach of the German soccer team.
