Denmark: Man kills heavily pregnant woman with a knife in a park.

A guy is now serving a life sentence with additional security detention in Denmark for murdering a pregnant woman in 2016. This was confirmed by the Glostrup District Court. He is believed to have brutally stabbed this woman 11 times with a knife and even chopped off part of her nose in a park close to Copenhagen, as per the court's statement. The perpetrator has denied any wrongdoing; his lawyer plans on filing a appeal against the verdict.

The murder weapon is yet to be found, and there's no technical evidence, like fingerprints or DNA, that can prove his guilt. In the year 2020, the police made use of an undercover officer who shared a cell with the suspect when he was serving time for attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend. During their time together, the undercover officer was informed about how the suspect had killed the pregnant woman. These conversations, which were recorded by the officer, played a significant role in the court's decision to find the man guilty.
