At present, a drone team is operational, assessing the extent of the damage. Regrettably, part of the bridge succumbed to collapse during the early hours, leaving no reports of injuries.
The fire department has urged the public to stay away due to the emergency situation at the Carolabridge in Dresden. If the bridge collapses further, it could pose a significant danger to people near it.
