A worker was thrown about five meters deep into the ditch with a tar truck on Autobahn 6 at the Schnelldorf interchange (Landkreis Ansbach). The 49-year-old man was seriously injured but not life-threateningly, according to the police, and was taken to a hospital by a rescue helicopter.

Apparently, the man was working on a collapsed bridge during the middle of the week, when his so-called dumper overturned. The driver ended up lying between the two bridge heads. According to the police, there were no traffic disruptions reported.

The Accident occurred in the Ansbach District, specifically at the Schnelldorf interchange on Autobahn 6. This was a critical connection point for the Middle Frankonian region in Bavaria. Despite the incident involving a tar truck and a worker, the police reported no significant disruptions in traffic. It's crucial to maintain safety measures at such significant transportation points to prevent future accidents.
