A mom in Berlin has found herself at a psychiatric facility after allegedly tossing her 1-year-old out of her third-floor abode. The one-year-old child was found hurt severely with fall injuries inside a cat box facing the front of a house in the Treptow-Köpenick district, on the southern side of Berlin. Cops encountered the mother inside the apartment and promptly arrested her. Additionally, a nine-year-old child was discovered in the apartment and delivered to the youth welfare office.
