Accident - Blackout? 60-year-old loses control of vehicle

First hit a traffic post, ended up on a wheat field, then continued driving on the road - a rollerblader noticed the unusual driving style of a 60-year-old car driver on the state road 2238 in Amberg. He made her stop on a Tuesday, as the police reported. When the 55-year-old man got off and approached the car, the woman was startled, put the car in reverse, and drove against his rolled-up roller. According to the reports, the man and other traffic participants prevented the woman from continuing. She stated that she had experienced a blackout. Emergency services took her to the hospital as a precaution. The police are now investigating the accident.

The accident occurred on state road 2238 in Amberg, located in the OBERPFALZ region of Bavaria. The woman, who was driving a 60-year-old vehicle, had earlier hit a traffic post and ended up in a wheat field. The police were involved after the woman's unusual driving style was noticed by a rollerblader. In an attempt to stop her, the man was nearly run over by the woman's reversing vehicle on the side of the road.
