In Neu-Ulm's Glacis-Park, a woman is reported to have been attacked by a 52-year-old man. According to the police, he attempted to rape the 47-year-old woman on Tuesday morning. The incident is said to have occurred at a park bench. The man tried to pull down the victim's pants and touch her intimately. The woman cried out for help. A witness noticed the incident.

The suspect then reportedly left the scene and fled, the police stated. They identified and apprehended the suspect during an immediate manhunt.
