Weather Prediction: Get Ready for the Coming Storm - Anticipated temperature drop during the upcoming week

This week in Germany, meteorologists forecast a shift towards cooler weather. The DWD (German Weather Service) announced on Sunday that the northwest region of the country will see temperatures drop to 15-18 degrees Celsius with some showers. Bauer, a meteorologist from the DWD, stated that although it's cloudier in the northwest, the sun still peaks through in the southern and southeastern regions, reaching over 20 degrees.

Tuesday marks the arrival of the final chilly, autumnal showers, according to Bauer. There will be sunny periods interspersed with stronger rain showers across the country. In the north, local thunderstorms and a blustery wind from the west can be expected. At the coastal areas, it may get quite stormy. Temperatures at their highest will range from 13 to 19 degrees.

Wednesday brings cloudy and rainy conditions in the south and southeast, with occasional showers in the north. However, central Germany will experience mostly sunny skies and a dry atmosphere. The maximum temperatures hover around 15 to 20 degrees Celsius. The meteorologists predict that this changeable and cooler-than-usual weather will continue until Thursday.
