Radicalism in beliefs or actions. - Additional person interrogated in the Frankfurt "Reichsbürger" court case.

In a court hearing in Frankfurt am Main, the ongoing trial against the purported "Reichsbuerger" group around Heinrich XIII. Prince Reuss proceeded with another witness being questioned. The focus was on the financial affairs of the Frankfurt entrepreneur, Reuss, with the criminal investigator detailing his efforts to track down assets such as land registrations, real estate, companies, and business associations.

It emerged that Reuss reportedly controlled several accounts belonging to companies registered in Great Britain, but it was not completely clear to what extent these entities were involved in specific industries. The investigator also disclosed information concerning Reuss's real estate holdings, including properties in Thuringia. Initially, four witnesses were scheduled to testify at the hearing, but two were released following the lengthy examination of the first witness, which took around three hours.

The legal proceedings are taking place in response to accusations against nine individuals who are alleged to be part of a terrorist organization or have supported it. The group is said to have been planning a coup, and members are claimed to have been willing to accept casualties in pursuit of their goals. The indictment suggests that these individuals worked on creating structures for a self-formed state order, with Reuss portrayed as the head of state. As per the legal system, defendants are assumed innocent until proven guilty.

On the previous day, the trial had touched upon the personal circumstances of the alleged mastermind, Reuss, with focus on his company holdings, internet presence, membership of clubs, car ownership, financial standing, bank accounts, and places of residence.

The defense had previously rejected the prosecution's accusations on several occasions. Reuss himself expressed his desire to speak during the trial, though it's not yet certain when this will happen.
