Traffic - Accident involving several vehicles - three injured
Three people were injured in an accident in the Vogtlandkreis, two of them severely. An 80-year-old female driver lost control of her vehicle on the B283 in Markneukirchen, for reasons yet to be determined, and drove into oncoming traffic, the police reported. There, she collided with another car, which in turn hit a third car traveling against her. Her car then collided with two more oncoming vehicles. The woman and another severely injured person were taken to the hospital.
The accident occurred in the Vogtland district, specifically near Markneukirchen on the B283. The incident involved multiple vehicles, including the driver's car which veered into oncoming traffic. Due to the collision, another car and two additional vehicles coming the opposite way were also involved. The woman from Saxony and another severely injured individual needed to be rushed to the hospital as a result of the accidents.
