At a collision between a city bus and a 16-year-old motorcycle rider, seven people were injured. The accident occurred in a roundabout in Herten (District Recklinghausen).

The motorcycle rider had just driven into the roundabout on a Sunday evening when the bus driver made a turn, as the police reported today. There was a collision. During the emergency braking of the bus driver, six passengers on board were lightly injured, among them children. Five of the passengers were taken to the hospital together with the motorcycle rider.

The roundabout in Herten, located within the District of Recklinghausen in North Rhine-Westphalia, has seen its share of incidents. Unfortunately, this specific roundabout was the site of another traffic accident last week. Similar situations have led to numerous accidents in the region, causing concern among local residents. The bus line that was involved in the recent collision operates daily, transporting passengers through various parts of the city.
