A man was shot after a sword attack in Paris
Employees of a Parisian luxury boutique notice a man who appears to be carrying a knife. When the police are called, he stabs at them. A police officer then shoots the attacker.
A police officer was injured in a knife attack near the Champs-Élysées in central Paris in the evening. The attacker was shot by the police. According to Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin, the officer was called for help by the security personnel of a business, following which the attack occurred.
