Bad weather - A heavy weather causes numerous interruptions in Sinsheim

A thunderstorm led to numerous call-outs for the fire department in Sinsheim (Rhin-Neckar-District). A police spokesperson stated that the fire department was called out 22 times on Tuesday night. The peak times were before and after midnight, and at times the police were also there for support. Water had flowed from the sewage system and into basements. Trees were also uprooted. The extent of the damages is still unclear.

The fire department dispatch in Sinsheim received numerous calls due to the intense thunderstorm, causing 22 interventions on Tuesday night. Despite being based in Baden-Württemberg's Rhein-Neckar-District, their aid was needed in Sinsheim, as the weather, unfavorable, led to flooding and uprooted trees. The fire department worked diligently to manage the aftermath of the storm.
