A person rolling along a pedestrian path in a zigzagging manner and dozing off at times has called the attention of the police in Prerow, Vorpommern-Ruegen. The reason: It was a wheelchair, with which the 71-year-old man was driving through the seaside resort. A breath alcohol test resulted in a value of 2.4 promille. Subsequently, a blood sample was taken from him and a report was filed.
