Police - 39-year-old woman allegedly killed husband - arrest warrant

A 39-year-old woman is suspected of killing her husband in their shared apartment in the Rhein-Neckar-District. A judge at the Amtsgericht Heidelberg issued a warrant for her arrest on Tuesday due to the urgent suspicion of murder, as the police reported.

The suspect is said to have killed her husband with several stabs in the head and upper body areas during the night on Monday. The murder weapon was initially unknown. The woman reported the crime herself to the police. The Public Prosecutor's Office Heidelberg and the Criminal Police Directorate Heidelberg began investigating the motive for the crime.

The woman, a resident of the Rhein-Neckar-District in Baden-Württemberg, was taken into custody following the issuance of an arrest warrant by a local court in Heidelberg. The crime scene was located in the shared apartment where the deadly incident occurred. The Rhine-Neckar district police department is actively involved in the ongoing investigation related to this serious crime.
