The public prosecutor's office in Heidelberg assumes that the crime was committed in a dastardly manner and with base motives.

18-year-old accused of killing a fellow student.

In a small town close to Heidelberg, an 18-year-old is facing severe charges for allegedly stabbing one of his classmates, killing her, and harming a man while fleeing the scene. The incident occurred on January 25th at a local gymnasium.

It has been approximately six months since the violent event, and the prosecutor's office in Heidelberg has now filed charges against the teenager. Reports suggest that the motive behind the crime was low-motivated and premeditated. The accused hasn't had the best history with his victim, as he's been previously accused of assaulting her about two months before this incident.

During the attack in the classroom, the 18-year-old made use of a knife to fatally wound his 18-year-old classmate in a surprise ambush. The incident is believed to be deliberate and planned beforehand. It is worth noting that the teenager is also facing other charges related to the incident.

After committing the violent act, he reportedly drove recklessly on the A5 motorway with the intention of escaping. Unfortunately for the driver of another car, who was traveling on the same motorway, the teen perpetrator slammed into his vehicle in the Lower Saxony town of Seesen, causing severe injuries. The brutal incident has awarded the accused with charges of illegal street racing, causing grievous bodily harm, and other related offenses.

The case will now be reviewed by a youth court in Heidelberg, where the prosecution will present their evidence, and a conclusion about opening a trial will be drawn. No court dates have been set yet, but the teenager could face multiple charges for the crimes he's alleged to have committed before, during, and after the attack.
