The Ukrainian Coordination Center for the Treatment of Prisoners of War is keeping quiet about the number of civilian hostages in Russian custody. Its spokesman, Petro Yatsenko, is quoted in the "Kyiv Independent" as saying that just 140 civilian hostages have returned to Ukraine as part of several prisoner of war exchanges.
