As "Kyiv Independent" reports, Ukraine began experiencing power outages in the middle of May due to constant Russian attacks. The entire infrastructure was then challenged again in mid-July by summer temperatures. The recent cooler weather has now led to a decrease in energy consumption, Kudryskyi says.
