  1. FC Magdeburg has signed a striker, Aleksa Marusic, from North Macedonia. The 25-year-old joins from FK Voska Sport and scored 17 goals and provided 3 assists in 32 matches in the first North Macedonian League last season.

In club football, Marusic has also been used in the Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League qualifiers, and he also played for the U17-, U19- and U21-National Team of his home country Montenegro. "Aleksa is a mobile striker with a good finishing ability and good shooting technique," describes Sport Director Otmar Schork about the new signing, while Coach Christian Titz highlights the playing style of the forward: "With his power and his play with his back to the opponent, he had a good goal scoring record last season."

The transfer of Aleksa Marusic to FC Magdeburg marks his move from Germany to the Second Bundesliga. This Saxony-Anhalt club has welcomed a player with international experience, as Marusic has represented Montenegro at various youth levels. In his previous club, FK Voska Sport, Marusic demonstrated his prowess in soccer, scoring goals and providing assists in the North Macedonian League.
