Uhldingen-Muhlhofen - Woman hits policeman with her mobile phone

A woman hit a police officer in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen (Bodenseekreis) with her cell phone on the ear and injured her. The 35-year-old officer had to temporarily end her duty, according to a police spokesperson. The police officer had rung the doorbell at the 52-year-old woman's house to take away her driver's license. Another authority had ordered the officers to do so - why, a spokesperson could not say on inquiry.

The woman, according to reports, had questioned the legality of the official business and that of the German state as a whole. She was arrested and taken to the police station in Überlingen. Later, she was released again.

Ms., residing in the Lake Constance District of Baden-Württemberg, expressed concerns about the legality of the police action and the German state. Despite this, criminality involving a police officer occurred when she allegedly used her cell phone to hit an officer at her residence in Uhldingen-Mühlhofen. The usefulness of conducting such actions, especially in the context of maintaining public order, remains a topic of discussion.
