Weather forecast - Weekend in NRW: Rain and slightly lower temperatures

The weather in North Rhine-Westphalia will be slightly cooler starting from Monday compared to the weekend. According to a meteorologist from the German Weather Service (DWD), the first cold front that reaches the country at night on Monday, will bring temperature highs of 23 to 26 degrees Celsius in the flatlands. It may rain or have light showers in the morning. The rest of the day is expected to remain rain-free.

The next cold front is expected to reach North Rhine-Westphalia, according to the meteorologist's statements, during the Tuesday morning. It is predicted to bring rainy showers. In the afternoon, individual thunderstorms with heavy rain may occur. The temperatures will therefore reach around 24 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. According to the meteorologist, it will feel slightly cooler due to the wind and rain.

The rain will mostly disappear by the night to Wednesday. The last rain showers and showers may still occur in the morning. The temperatures are expected to reach 20 to 23 degrees Celsius on Wednesday, according to DWD. The weather is predicted to be changeable to heavily overcast.

On Tuesday, North Rhine-Westphalia is forecasted to experience rainy showers due to the approaching cold front, as mentioned by the DWD meteorologist. The temperature will hover around 24 degrees Celsius, despite the cooler feeling caused by the wind and rain. Starting from Wednesday, the rain will significantly decrease, with only scattered showers in the morning, allowing temperatures to rise to 20 to 23 degrees Celsius. The weather during this period will be changeable to heavily overcast, as suggested by the German Weather Service.
