Weather forecast - Weather service warns of heat on Friday
It will be hot in Hesse: The German Weather Service (DWD) warns of heat in wide parts of the country for Friday. Affected are particularly cities and districts in Southern Hesse, but also parts of the Main-Kinzig-District from "strong heat stress".

The Weather Service issues a warning for strong heat stress when the perceived temperature already exceeds a threshold of about 32 degrees Celsius in the early afternoon. If the perceived temperature exceeds a value of 38 degrees Celsius in the early afternoon, a warning for "extreme heat stress" is issued.
