Cloud-Sun-Mix and Shower - Weather in the north remains changeable

Hamburg/Kiel (dpa/lno) – In the north, the week remains changeable. After heavy overcast skies with showers, there will be a mix of sun and clouds, according to the German Weather Service (DWD). Occasionally, there may be gusty winds. The forecasted high temperatures are expected to be 19 degrees Celsius on Sylt and 22 degrees in Hamburg and Holstein.

On Thursday, it is predicted to be dry with light winds. The DWD anticipates a temperature increase to around 21 degrees Celsius in Flensburg and nearly 25 degrees Celsius in Hamburg.

On Friday, temperatures are expected to rise mostly to summery warm 25 degrees Celsius, with parts of Holstein and Hamburg reaching 28 degrees Celsius. The islands will see around 23 degrees Celsius.

The city of Hamburg, along with its neighboring region Holstein in Schleswig-Holstein, is forecasted to experience elevated temperatures, reaching up to 25 degrees Celsius, according to the DWD's predictions. Interestingly, even the islands in the North Sea, such as Sylt, will still enjoy relatively warm weather, with highs expected to be at 19 degrees Celsius.
