Vin Diesel accused of sexual harassment in ex-assistant lawsuit

Die am Donnerstag beim Los Angeles Superior Court eingereichte und von CNN erhaltene Zivilklage geht auf einen Vorfall aus dem Jahr 2010 zurück, bei dem Diesels ehemalige Assistentin Asta Jonasson Diesel beschuldigte, sich ihm in einer Hotelsuite aufgedrängt zu haben, sexuelle Handlungen an ihr vorgenommen und vor ihr masturbiert zu haben.

Jonathan verklagt Diesel, seine Firma One Race Productions und Diesels Schwester Samantha Vincent und wirft ihnen vor, ein feindseliges Arbeitsumfeld, nachlässige Aufsicht und unrechtmäßige Kündigung geschaffen zu haben.

Sie fordert für jeden Verstoß eine zivilrechtliche Strafe von 10.000 US-Dollar, heißt es in der Klage.
