Weather report - Up to 33 degrees in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland expected
In the coming days, Rheinland-Pfalz and Saarland are expected to have temperatures above the 30-degree mark. On Friday, maximum temperatures will range between 28 and 32 degrees, and it will be mostly sunny, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced. However, there is a likelihood of thunderstorms in the mountains towards the late afternoon.
On Saturday, it will initially be sunny and dry with maximum temperatures of 30 to 33 degrees. According to the forecast, there will be the first showers or thunderstorms in the course of the day. In the night, it is predicted to be increasingly cloudy and rainy, with thunderstorms and local heavy rainfall.
On Sunday, it is forecasted to be partly to largely cloudy. Areas may experience showery rain, sometimes with thunderstorms. The highest temperatures will be between 24 and 27 degrees.
The German Weather Service (DWD) has issued a weather prediction for the weekend, suggesting temperatures above 30 degrees in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. On Saturday, Offenbach might also experience similar temperatures, although there's a possibility of thunderstorms towards the evening. The weather report for Sunday indicates partly to largely cloudy skies with the potential for showery rain and thunderstorms, especially in the northern regions.
