In Lower Saxony, a driver ignores the overtaking ban in force and crashes into an oncoming car. Help comes too late for three people.
Three people have died in a car accident near Goslar in Lower Saxony. According to the police, a car disregarded the overtaking ban in the area of the accident on the B82 federal highway and collided with an oncoming car.
Both occupants of the car that violated the overtaking ban and the occupant of the oncoming car were killed. As a result of the collision, a third car was also involved in the accident.
However, its 45-year-old driver was only slightly injured. According to the police, the closure of the B82 was expected to last into the evening.
