Before ticketing begins, we will instruct the club not to sell tickets for the guest block at the Derby – unless the clubs come up with short-term suggestions that can make it run smoothly", Behrens recently told dpa.
Fan researcher Gunter Pilz criticized the Interior Minister. The clubs are doing everything possible. "The clubs are being put on the dock", Pilz told the "Braunschweiger Zeitung".
During the Niedersachsen Derby between the two clubs last November, a police officer was severely injured in a brawl in the home stands. There was also extensive use of pyrotechnics in both fan areas during the return match in mid-April in Braunschweig.
