The Eras Tour - The north is approaching Taylor Swift
The wait is almost over: Megastar Taylor Swift is coming to Hamburg. On Tuesday and Wednesday, she will perform before respective audiences of 50,000 fans as part of the "Eras-Tour" at Volksparkstadion. Fans have been eagerly anticipating the concerts for months and have accordingly prepared. Friendship bracelets were crafted for exchange during the concert, the perfect glitter outfit was assembled, and the albums were listened to once again.
Many enthusiastic fans will likely arrive at Volkspark early in the morning. General admission is at 4:00 PM, the show with the opening act Paramore starts at 6:15 PM. And then comes the Star with an over three-hundred-thirty-show tour of her nearly twenty-year career. The tour is considered the most successful in music history. Previously, Taylor Swift had put Gelsenkirchen on the international map with three concerts, and then it was on to Munich, where she will perform twice over the weekend - and that's it for Germany.
Just as swiftly as Gelsenkirchen has prepared itself for the concert of the year, Hamburg has not been left out. But the excitement is palpable. The Elbphilharmonie, a rather classical concert venue, welcomed the Star virtually with a colorful Glitterlook of the "Eras-Tour" and the words: "Welcome Swifties".
Welcome also to the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (Dehoga). They noted that not only German fans are traveling and booking hotels. "We noticed an increased American demand on the market with the start of ticket sales," said a spokesperson. "This is also related to the fact that tickets in Germany are significantly cheaper than in the USA."
- Taylor Swift's popularity in Germany is evident, as shown by the increased demand for hotels from American fans, who find tickets in Germany more affordable than in the USA.
- Fans of Taylor Swift from various countries, including Germany, will be flocking to Hamburg and Gelsenkirchen to experience her highly anticipated "Eras-Tour," which has broken records in the pop music industry.
- As excitement for Taylor Swift's concerts in Germany builds, die-hard fans in Hamburg have gotten into the spirit by dressing up in glitter outfits, similar to the theme of her "Eras-Tour," which has already left a mark on other cities like Gelsenkirchen and Munich.
