Real estate auction - The church in Hettstedt is being auctioned off

The Saxon Real Estate Auctions AG will next auction an former religious building. The neo-Gothic Church St. Maria in Hettstedt in Saxony-Anhalt will be highlighted in the Auctions on August 30 in Leipzig and September 3 in Dresden. The protected church from the last decade of the 19th century, along with the former parish, will be available for 149,000 Euro.

In total, 112 real estates are offered. Besides 54 objects from Saxony, there are 34 from Thuringia, 20 from Saxony-Anhalt, two from Brandenburg, and one each from Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. In Gotha, this concerns a former Patrician house, known as "Haus mit den zwei Helmen". It was built around 1542 and is located at the Main Market. The Auction starts here at 595,000 Euro. Three of the so-called Umgebindehäuser from Eastern Saxony are also up for auction. The minimum bids range from 5,000 to 29,000 Euro.

The Auctions organized by Saxon Real Estate Auctions AG also include properties from other German regions, such as a historical Patrician house in Gotha, Thuringia, priced at 595,000 Euro. Potential buyers from throughout Germany might be interested in these sales, including those in cities like Leipzig and Dresden, both in Saxony, known for their rich real estate market. The upcoming Auctions in Leipzig and Dresden will feature various properties, including the neo-Gothic Church St. Maria in Hettstedt from Saxony-Anhalt, which is valued at 149,000 Euro.
