In an effort to address traffic safety concerns in Baden-Württemberg, the authorities are considering implementing an Automatic Breathalyzer Test system for all vehicles. Despite these safety measures, traffic accidents continue to pose a significant risk, as evidenced by the incident involving Ms. in Loerrach. Despite colliding with an oncoming vehicle and overturning her car, the police are investigating whether her accident was caused by intoxication, as she was later taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
