Fire - The attic is on fire in Finkenwerder - four people rescued

Four people have been rescued from a burning single-family house in Hamburg-Finkenwerder by the fire department. One of them was taken to the hospital due to suspected carbon monoxide poisoning, said a fire department spokesperson. Several witnesses reported the fire in the shed of the house during the night. The flames eventually spread to the roof of the single-family house. Nearly 60 firefighters fought the fire at Finkenwerder Süderdeich.

The initial fire began in the shed of the single-family house in Finkenwerder, Hamburg. The intense heat caused the fire to spread to the loft beam, potentially exacerbating the situation. Despite the efforts of over 50 firefighters, the loft fire in Finkenwerder Süderdeich continued to pose a significant challenge.
