Tens of thousands of fans expected at Deichbrand Festival

Listening to music, dancing and partying - the Deichbrand Festival at the North Sea coast of Lower Saxony starts briefly. The bands come from the genres Hip- Hop, Electro, Pop, Rock, Alternative, Indie and Metal.

Rock, Pop and Hip-Hop - Tens of thousands of fans expected at Deichbrand Festival

Approximately 60,000 music fans are expected to attend the Festival Deichbrand in Nordholz, Cuxhaven district, from Thursday to Sunday. The program includes over 120 national and international artists from the genres Hip-Hop, Electro, Pop, Rock, Alternative, Indie and Metal, as announced by the organizers.

Among them are the American rock band Kings of Leon, the British electronic band The Prodigy, the Hamburg singer Nina Chuba, the rapper Badmómzjay, the band Tokio Hotel and the Berlin musician Peter Fox.

Apart from the concerts, a framework program is planned - among the offerings are Aqua Fitness, Jogging, Workshops on topics such as sustainability, festival hairstyles, braid making and Beer-Yoga. Interested parties can operate heavy machinery like bulldozers, excavators and rollers in a sand pit.

Festival-goers can enjoy the music along the North Sea Coast in Lower Saxony's Cuxhaven District, specifically in Nordholz, during the four-day event. The anticipated attendance of approximately 60,000 music enthusiasts will witness performances from over 120 national and international artists, including the American rock band Kings of Leon and the British electronic band The Prodigy, among others. On Sunday, leisure activities like Aqua Fitness, Jogging, and Beer-Yoga are also available for festival attendees in Cuxhaven District.
