After the acquittal in the accessory to murder trial regarding a fatal arson attack on a refugee home in Saarlouis 33 years ago, the Federal Prosecutor General filed a revision against the judgment of the Higher Regional Court (OLG) in Koblenz. The Federal Prosecutor's Office had demanded a sentence of six and a half years for the man, while the defense of the 55-year-old German spoke out for acquittal.
