In North Rhine-Westphalia, people should expect rain and clouds over the weekend. Already on Friday morning, there are reports of rain in some areas, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced. From the afternoon onwards, there are likely to be scattered thunderstorms with heavy rain and gusts of wind up to 65 kilometers per hour. Temperatures will reach a maximum of 23 to 25 degrees. A light to moderate wind will prevail.

On Saturday, it will be cloudy and occasionally rainy. In the afternoon, there will be further thunderstorms and heavy rain in places. The focus is expected to be in the south-eastern part of North Rhine-Westphalia. The thermometer will show a maximum of 22 to 25 degrees. A light to moderate wind; during storms and thunderstorms, strong gusts are also possible.

On Sunday, it will continue to be cloudy and rainy in North Rhine-Westphalia initially. The weather will gradually clear up during the day. According to DWD data, temperatures will reach a maximum of 21 to 24 degrees. The wind will be light to moderate.

On Sunday, while it will still be cloudy and rainy in the morning, the weather is expected to clear up during the day, according to DWD's data. Despite the rain and thunderstorms over the weekend, temperatures are expected to remain relatively high, reaching up to 25 degrees on both Saturday and Sunday.
