Police mobilized in response to youngster brandishing toy gun at voting venue.
A kid carrying a water gun caused a police response at a voting place in Wellendingen, Baden-Württemberg, within the Rottweil district. Police in Konstanz got a call around 11 am, claiming that a man was strolling down the primary thoroughfare, having a pistol in his pants at the castle square.
The police reacted, dispatching numerous cruisers to the scene, taking the information at face value. Nevertheless, they swiftly dismissed any worries. Word was received that it was a school-aged child who was carrying a water pistol. Others confirmed this.
Together with another boy, he bolted away, giggling and drenched in water, furthermore information revealed. "The public was never in peril," the police declared eventually.
