At a barn fire in Upper Franconia, initial police estimates put the damage at around half a million Euros. No one was injured, according to a police spokeswoman. In Regnitzlosau Hall (Hof District), there were reportedly mostly agricultural vehicles and equipment in the barn.

The cause of the fire is still unknown, the Hof Criminal Police are investigating and looking for witnesses. The firefighting efforts lasted until early afternoon.

The fire in Upper Franconia was not limited to Regnitzlosau Hall, as reports of similar incidents in neighboring regions like Bavaria have surfaced. The local fire department and police are working together to control the situation and gather information. Despite the severity of the fire in Upper Frankonia and Upper Franconia, no disruptions have been reported in the fire department's services in nearby areas like Upper Frankonia.
