Dented hood and cracked windshield

Emergency services were called to the A111 around 3:15 p.m. A motorist and a truck driver reported on a watch that their vehicles had been hit on the hood or windshield.

Additionally, a 43-year-old reported via the internet watch that the windshield of his car had been hit by a stone. At 6:50 p.m., three women aged 22, 44, and 51 reported to the police that their car had been hit and damaged by a stone each.

The police operation on the A111 in Berlin-Tegel focused on identifying the individual responsible for throwing stones, causing significant damage to several vehicles. The incident resulted in traffic disruptions, with the autobahn being closed in the southbound direction. Despite intensive efforts, the police were unable to arrest a suspect directly linked to the stone-throwing.
