Motorcyclist critically injured in accident
A motorcyclist has suffered life-threatening injuries in a collision with a car in Ronnenberg near Hanover. On Wednesday evening, the 30-year-old crashed his bike into a car that was trying to turn left from the oncoming lane, police said on Thursday. The man was thrown from his motorcycle and had to be taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The car driver is now being investigated for assault as a result of a traffic accident. It is also suspected that the motorcyclist did not have a valid driving license and that the bike was not registered.
The investigation into the car driver has been escalated to include charges of assault due to the traffic accident. In such emergencies, it's crucial to have proper procedures for handling accidents on the road.
