After an accident on state road 2145 in Nittenau (Landkreis Schwandorf), a motorcycle rider has died. The 33-year-old man collided frontally with the car of a 71-year-old woman, as the police reported. The man succumbed to his severe injuries at the scene of the accident. It is still being investigated how the accident occurred and who had entered the opposing traffic lane.

The accident occurred on a State road in the Upper Palatine District, specifically in Nittenau, which is part of the Bavarian State. The collision involved a motorcycle driver and a 71-year-old woman in an automatic car. Despite emergency services on the scene, the motorcycle driver unfortunately did not survive the severe injuries sustained in the accident. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the accident and who may have entered the opposing traffic lane.
