Process in Konstanz - Mother is said to have given daughter for sex services to man
A 36-year-old woman must answer to charges at the Konstanz Regional Court since Tuesday, as a court spokeswoman announced. The alleged perpetrator, a 25-year-old man, was also present in the dock. He is accused of serious sexual abuse of children.
The German defendant is alleged to have sexually abused an eight- to ten-year-old girl multiple times between July 2021 and May 2023. According to the indictment, the acts took place in Friedrichshafen and Hagnau on Lake Constance. Three additional hearing days have been scheduled for the trial up to August 6th.
In Baden-Württemberg, the 36-year-old woman's case of alleged criminality related to children's welfare will be processed at the Konstanz Regional Court. Unfortunately, the misuse of power and trust resulted in the man, also 36, being accused of repeatedly misusing a young girl, aged eight to ten, for serious sexual offenses.
