A company hall in Mosbach (Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis) is completely burnt down. According to initial estimates by investigators, the damage amounts to approximately one million Euro. The cause of the fire is still unclear. However, arson cannot be ruled out, the police stated. No one was injured in the fire, a police spokesperson added.

Early on Sunday morning, the fire in the hall of a former carpenter's workshop was reported. According to reports, around 120 firefighters responded to bring the flames under control. However, the hall was not salvageable and burnt down completely.

The flames had also spread to adjacent business premises, it was further reported. An car and roll-shutters were damaged by the heat. However, the spread of the flames to other buildings was prevented.

The Neckar-Odenwald-District, specifically Mosbach, witnessed a significant incident where a million-dollar worth of damage was caused to a company hall due to a fire. Despite the valiant efforts of Baden-Württemberg's fire department, comprising around 120 firefighters, the hall could not be saved from complete destruction. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, with arson being a potential possibility according to the police.
